I just browse the bookshopping at the library, looking at the art, finding a couple of new ones every time I visit, and enjoying the sound, view and colors of the pages. The only thing that’s been difficult to sort through is the art projects for kids. For that I often have to use a specialized search engine. I can usually get a good glimpse of the project by viewing the video file that accompanies the book or magazine. But I’m happy to say that I have grown to love all aspects of cooking and eating. I mean, how can I not love food- Yes, I’m a foodie. I’m always on the lookout for new recipes, techniques and ingredients. I love spices, and learning all about what they do for our bodies and how they can work against us and what we can do to control them to work for our benefit. I’m also a workout enthusiast, and that’s scary- it sounds dangerous, but the more exercise I can do with my body, the feel of my backbone relaxing and going to sleep becomes more effortless. But the upside is I develop mental fortitude and I fall easier into sleep with each passing day. Whoa! And I also meet a lot of wonderful people, meet a lot of new cultures, and fall in love- all of which contributes to my overall health and well-being. As I reflect on my life since 2008, I can see that I have largely been working to create a budget which is able to support a decent lifestyle for myself and my family. First, and this is really important, I have been going to the gym every day for more than a year and a half now. Every day I go, I feel better. I feel like things are moving in a positive direction, I am working out for something positive and I just don’t have to worry about my body rejectances anymore. That is great because I really love my body and I am happy to say it does not have any major issues with it. Myself, I am not really a breakfast person, rarely eat most of anything before 7 or 8 o’clock in the morning. I also rarely have caffeine or very large meals. I am a fibber, I do not like my meals large. I eat a small amount of oatmeal that day, and around that time I am feeling really satisfied and satisfied. Then I have the probiotics and the enzymes and the superfoods and the superfoods, and the superfoods and the probiotics. And I am able to take it all day, and night. And the sunup yogham I have loads of it. And I just love it.wyoh man. Oh my.
